Inventory FeaturesInventory Labels – Use this
report to print item labels for inventory. Item Comments List – Use this
report to print comments about items. Item Cost and Price List – Use
this report to print a cost and price list comparison for items in
inventory. This report includes the standard cost, last cost, average
cost and the unit price. Item List – This report prints
a list of your inventory items. This list includes information about the
item such as description, costing method, unit of measure, shelf/bin
number and quantity on hand. Item Tag – This will print the
items tags in bar code. The printed tags are scannable. Usually this is
used with serialized items (Jobs). Item Sales By Customer – Use
this report to list the sales for the items you select. This report,
lists each item, each customer that bought the item and the quantity
that each customer bought during the specific period. Item Turnover – Use this report
to analyze year-to-date inventory turnover. This report can help you
determine which item may be over or under-stocked so you can adjust
sale, pricing and reordering strategies. e-Jewelry includes returns in
sales and purchase quantities. Physical Inventory Count – Use
this report to print a worksheet you can use to count or check inventory
items. e-Jewelry lists the items u request, an item description, and
provides space for you to write in the number. Inventory Purchase Advice – Use
this report to calculate the weight/pieces of items that need to be
ordered from vendor. The system will calculate the needed weight/piece
according to the values set up on the ordering tab of the item card. On Memo By Item – This report
will list all items on memo and the data will be grouped by item number. Top Selling Items – User can
run this report to check which items have sold the most. A date filter
can be specified. This report will show the top selling items ranging
from 20 items up to 5000 items. Use can also filter by customer or
salesperson. Calculate Inventory Value –
This batch job calculates the inventory value for the date specified in
Posting Date on the request form. Daily Invoice Report – This
report is used to show total invoicing, credit memo activity or both for
a particular day or range of dates. This report shows one line for each
invoice or credit memo. If the user wants both, e-Jewelry will show
invoice and credit memo activity on separate pages. A detailed version
of this report is also available. Item Sales Statistics – Use
this report to print sales statistics including sales, profits, and
costs. The report generates a chart with the following fields: item
number, item description, backordered (yes or no), unit of measurement,
unit cost, sales quantity, sales amount, profit amount and profit
percentage. Item Transaction Detail – This
report generates detailed purchases, sales and adjustment information
about the items in your inventory. e-Jewelry lists transactions by the
item they pertain to. If an item has variants, each variant transactions
are listed separately. Item Catalog – Use this report
to display or print a list of inventory items. This report includes item
number, item description, item unit price (optional) and item picture. Customer Sales By Type – This
report will display customer sales and user can filter by item type or
metal code; The resulting data will be grouped by customers and totals
are also displayed. Profit Report By Item – This
report will display the profit made on each item and the data will be
sorted by item number. Adjust Item Costs/Prices – This
report allows users to adjust one of the following fields on the item
card using specific adjustment factor: Last Direct Cost, Standard Cost,
Unit Price, Profit Percentage and Indirect Cost Percentage. Adjust Cost/Item Entries – This
report adjusts the costs in the item ledger entries to reflect the
actual cost of the items. |
